When I was around 10-14 years old our house was very haunted during this time. I have so many stories to share, but there’s 2 of them that has topped them all...and this is 1 of them.
Our house is not old at all and I am not sure where this spirit came from, but it only seemed to have an attachment to me. At this point I knew our house was haunted and either no one wanted to admit it (my mom, dad, and brother) or they truly did not believe it.
At the time I had a night stand with double mirrors and that evening I decided to clean my room. I still remember to this day that I got a very bad/creeped out feeling as I was cleaning the mirrors off. I was always horrified of seeing an apparition or something staring back at me in the middle of the night. Everything is normal the rest of the night, I’m sure something weird happened, but it was so long ago that I don’t remember any other details (I’m 22 now - you can even see the SpongeBob pillow I used to have laying on the bed from when I was younger).
So I wake up the next day and see what I literally was fearing every single day, the CREEPIEST hand print that I ever saw in my life.

The scariest part is that I could never, ever recreate it myself. I ran and grabbed everyone in my house to show them and no one said a word. I remember my parents just looking at each other. I knew no one entered my room in the middle of the night, but I asked them a million times if they did it anyway.
This is the only picture I took of it and I wish I would have gotten a few more. Another creepy thing about it is that it doesn’t even seem like a human hand...more like skeleton bones. The fingertips are perfectly defined and look like they’re sort of being slightly dragged down. I can’t remember exactly, but I know it was for sure either bigger than everyone’s hand in my family or smaller than everyone’s hand.
Has anyone had anything similar happen to them? What do you think left this handprint? Do you think there would be a reason for leaving it on my mirror? Thanks for reading.
