Ghost pouring drinks?

This happened about 2 years ago when I was still together with my ex. I slept over at her place. She has a pretty large room, with a lot of empty space in the center. We had been having drinks watching Netflix before so the floor was littered with empty glasses and food plates.

Anyway, we went to bed around 1 AM. I awoke suddenly at 3 AM, which isn't that unusual because I tend to wake up frequently through the night. However, something was off. I couldn't tell what, but just this strange feeling in the air.

It was dark, with only moonlight shining through the slits between curtains. I wanted to go back to sleep, until I noticed something. There was a person, walking really slowly, as if he didn't want to wake us up. I still wasn't sure of what I was seeing, trying to determine if it was a dream or not.

The figure approached the center of the room and knelt down, still moving extremely slowly. He didn't make any noise at all. He then stood back up with something in his hand, and it looked like he was pouring a drink. Again, no sound at all.

At this point I thought it could be a burglar because I was ABSOLUTELY certain there was someone there. So I reach for the light, turn it on - and there's no one there.

My ex woke up, wide awake just as I was, and asked me what I was doing. I told her I thought there was someone in her room, but obviously there was no one there.

Ever since, she became convinced that I could see ghosts lol.

Anyway, that's the story. Not my only ghost encounter, but definitely the most vivid. If it was a ghost, that is.
