Paul Seaburn has fun leading off our look at the latest world UFO news. But there is a sobering point to what's likely behind this particular UFO "wave." We checked the distance from Ballymahon to Blarney (at least 138 miles) after reading Irish Witness Describes Morphing-Hovering Object. One might ask why the early-rising gentleman didn't take a snapshot (of the object), as "it was already daylight." Inexplicata calls "intriguing" the subject of Costa Rica: Anomalous Object on Video. We saw no real reference points and couldn't gain a sense of meaningful movement in the glowing thing. Inexplicata also takes us back in UFO history in Argentina: The Santa Catalina UFO Case. A multiple-witness (though a family) sighting in late August 1978 may possibly be supplemented by an independent sighting a week removed. (WM)
